RMEASURES was first engaged to develop an evaluation plan for a frontline workforce strategy that had been developed with a view of stabilising the workforce, improving wellbeing and retention. This plan set out a series of performance and perception metrics, along with a maturity assessment, that would measure the impact of the strategy.
Through the implementation of this evaluation plan RMEASURES frequently engaged with stakeholders, facilitated focus groups and sought to acquire the necessary data. Following some changes to the plan and approach RMEASURES was able to provide a comprehensive strategy maturity assessment as well as the analysis of some 30+ metrics to provide insights on the successes and failures of the strategy.
