RMEASURES was engaged to consult with stakeholders across the People and Corporate services teams to develop a scope for a future analytics solution. This involved running stakeholder focus groups to assess the current analytics maturity and future demand.

​RMEASURES went on to provide a maturity growth action plan as well as developed a range of metrics that matter to our customer groups, including recommendations ford data model infrastructure through to dashboard design principles.
