RMEASUES was initially engaged to review and evaluate the impact of two leadership capability programs within the context of a broader strategy. With key findings and recommendations RMEASURES then went on to develop a more holistic leadership strategy evaluation framework, leadership capability toolkit and a succession planning methodology.

RMEASURES consolidated various resources and methodologies to resulting in the ability to measure the need for, and ongoing impacts of interventions within the leadership strategy.
