RMEASURES was engaged to develop an Evaluation Plan to assess the effectiveness of a range of programs included in a previously developed workforce strategy. Leading this project RMEASURES analysed the existing strategy, led consultation workshops and interviews, analysed existing data and formulated evidenced based measurement approaches.
RMEASURES produced a detailed and structure plan that will enable the organisation to implement the evaluation using an evidenced based ROI model. This included categorising various initiatives to align with target groups, identified the chain of impact actions and steps required to achieve the outcome and assess the strategy's maturity in relation to the various initiatives.
