We were looking to develop a framework for measuring culture. Leveraging a comprehensive data set, that we could use to identify organisational and cultural risk, with a focus on incidents of bullying and harassment, design and frame cultural interventions and measure progress. RMEASURES was engaged to develop the framework and risk profile, integrate and analyse the data and provide key risk based and cultural insights.
