MATURITY ASSESSMENT AND ACTION PLANNING

Maturity is assessed through collaboration with stakeholders to develop an assessment toolkit where participants select which incremental statement they feel best suits their level of analytics or strategy maturity. This is accompanied with a review of evidentiary material and outputs.
This data is then analysed and compiled with recommendations on how to increase maturity within each of the categories and sub-categories.
