ANALYTICS MATURITY MODEL

Most analytics maturity models talk about the different 'types' of analytics being delivered:

  • Reactive
  • Descriptive
  • Diagnostic
  • Predictive
  • Prescriptive

RMEASURES maturity model focusses on what is required to enable the delivery of analytics.  Providing organisations with a clear growth plan across four major components based on a collaborative assessment.

STRATEGY MATURITY MODEL

RMEASURES has also developed a broader model to assess the maturity of workforce strategies within the categories of:
  • Data: The quality of and ability to access evidentiary data to support the need for the strategy to affect change within a target population.
  • Design: the quality of documentation, clarity of process and availability of systems to enable delivery.
  • Dedication: The availability of resources and budgets dedicate to the strategy and capacity that stakeholders have to participate.
  • Delivery: the relevance and accessibility of the content within each program or initiative. 

Each containing sub-categories with maturity statementes that represent incremental growth.

MATURITY ASSESSMENT AND ACTION PLANNING

​Maturity is assessed through collaboration with stakeholders to develop an assessment toolkit where participants select which incremental statement they feel best suits their level of analytics or strategy maturity. This is accompanied with a review of evidentiary material and outputs.

This data is then analysed and compiled with recommendations on how to increase maturity within each of the categories and sub-categories.
