The department has run leadership programs for several years and more recently encapsulated into a strategy. RMEASURES was engaged to review documentation relating the existing leadership development strategy and the evaluation data of two development programs.
The purpose of the review was to analyse the evaluation structure and responses within the context of the strategy objectives. To provide any insights that evidence the impact of the learning programs, and to provide recommendations to improve the evaluation approach.
