A plan to evaluate a programs contribution to a strategy as important as the strategy itself. RMEASURES follows a methodical approach to the development of an evaluation plan so that it can be implemented in parallel to the delivery of programs within the strategy lifetime.

Fewer questions carry more weight! Too often do we see program evaluations that contain too many questions and contribute to low response rates.

RMEASURES will design a survey that is concise, relevant and reflective of the impact reasonably expected of the program.

Based on ROI methodology these survey, feedback tools and focus groups will be used to measure participants reaction, learning and behavioural changes.
