ASSESSMENT APPROACH
Collaborating with the client, an assessment toolkit is developed that measures a subject's ability to demonstrate their level of capability. Analysing the assessment data along with a holistic review of evidence, RMEASURES provides a rating of capability and a plan for growth, including direct mentoring and coaching.
